Max Alcantar

Founder, trainer, and massage therapist

Max specializes in fascial pain, injury, and sports performance/recovery. By receiving his B.S. from Sacramento State University, he actively pairs his education into his body work. Max has 5+ years of experience working in physical therapy clinics and various gyms as a clinical personal trainer providing services to a wide range of clientele from post operative rehab to sports performance.

His dedication to helping others achieve optimal health had prompted him to pursue massage therapy as an alternative means to improve muscular function and tissue elasticity. Max continues to stay up to date on relevant treatment modalities and strength & conditioning protocols so that he can add to his founding knowledge and ultimately guide his clients to superior health. You can be assured that no matter what the condition is, Max is determined to provide the most effective techniques to get you back to feeling like yourself again.

As of Fall 2022, Max has begun his journey to obtain a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Los Angeles Chiropractic College. In the hopes to develop a practice that combines soft tissue work, exercise, and joint manipulations as needed. Adding to the overall theme of his business, to examine the body as a whole and treat the underlying issue, not just the symptoms. Stay tuned for his projected graduation and licensure in 2025.
